NINEBOT INFORMATIONS
- Before using Ninebot, make sure to apply the latest update of the firmware. For this you just need to install and connect the app on iOS and Android to your Ninebot by turning the "alarm" on. (simply launch the app with Bluetooth turned on, no need to make Bluetooth pairing)
- For Ninebot Elite, carefully handle the rubber feed flap. It is very fragile. A damage of it is not considered under warranty. We are aware that this is a design error.
- Make sure that the Ninebot is connected to a power every 10 days minimum! If ever lithium batteries discharge completely they become unusable and can not be replaced under warranty.
E-TWOW INFORMATIONS
E-twow do not advise the use of their E-Twow in the rain.
This is for security reasons (thin wheels may slip), but also because the screen is not resistant to heavy rain.
The damage of the screen due to rain does not pass under warranty.
However, if you must use it in the rain, you can protect the openings of the box containing the screen with silicone or tape.
Here is the procedure how to do it. You can easily do it yourself but you can also ask us to do it.
